PROCESS: 

• We accept Medicare, BCBS, Presbyterian, and United Healthcare, including Turquoise care for these providers.
• A referral from your doctor is required for us to bill your insurance. These can be faxed from your primary care provider's office directly to our office. Private pay options are available.
• Contact your insurance provider to find out how many visits your plan will cover.
• Initial visits take up to 90 minutes. Follow-up visits are shorter, around 30-45 minutes. 
• You will receive a link to a patient portal where you can complete paperwork before your visit. This link also gives you access to optional tools for tracking progress in areas like physical activity, blood sugars, etc.
