Does your insurance cover your nutrition diagnosis?  We accept Medicare, BCBS, Presbyterian, and United Healthcare, including Turquoise care for these providers. See FAQ for more information. If in doubt use the contact us page for clarity on your situation and we'll reach out.

With a few exceptions we need a referral in order to bill insurance. These can be faxed from your primary care's office directly to our office. Insurance and private pay options are available.

If this office is the right fit for your situation, we'll schedule a visit. You will then receive a link to a patient portal where you can complete paperwork before your visit. This link also gives you access to tools that help you track progress in areas like physical activity, blood sugars, etc.

Initial visits can take up to 90 minutes. We will assess your situation together and formulate goals and next steps. Follow-up visits are shorter, around 30-45 minutes. Contact your insurance provider to find out how many visits your specific plan will cover.
